Privacy Policy

Effective July 23, 2026 · Shaazford Global LLC

Please note: This is a general template provided for convenience and is not legal advice. Because you process business and client data, please have a qualified attorney review this policy against the laws that apply to you (e.g. GDPR, CCPA) before relying on it.

This Privacy Policy explains how Shaazford Global LLC ("Shaazford", "we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use Shaazford OS (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to this policy.

Shaazford OS is a multi-tenant platform: each customer organization operates in its own isolated workspace. For the account data needed to run the Service we are the data controller. For the business data you enter about your own clients and contacts, you are the controller and we act as a processor on your behalf. The specific technical and organizational security measures we apply — encryption, access control, sub-processors, backups, and incident response — are detailed in our Data Protection & Information Security Policy.

1. Information We Collect

  • Account information — name, email, phone, role, and password (stored hashed) or Google sign‑in identifier.
  • Content you provide — projects, tasks, documents, messages, contacts, products, and other data you and your team enter, which may include information about your clients.
  • Usage & device data — log data such as IP address, browser, and actions taken, used for security and to operate the Service.
  • Integration data — where you connect a third‑party account (e.g. Amazon, Shopify, Google), the data you authorize us to access; access tokens are stored encrypted. See the Amazon Selling Partner data section below for how Amazon data is handled.
  • Payment data — handled by our payment processor (Stripe); we do not store full card numbers.

2. How We Use Information

  • to provide, secure, and improve the Service;
  • to authenticate users and prevent abuse or fraud;
  • to send transactional messages (e.g. invitations, verification codes, password resets, notifications);
  • to process subscriptions and billing;
  • to comply with legal obligations.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the Service, under appropriate safeguards:

  • Stripe — payment processing;
  • Hostinger — email delivery and mail infrastructure;
  • Google — sign‑in and any integrations you connect;
  • Shopify — where you connect a store for metrics;
  • Cloudflare — DNS and network security;
  • Twilio — SMS delivery, where phone‑code verification is enabled.

We may also disclose information to comply with law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Shaazford and its users.

Amazon Selling Partner Data

Where you connect an Amazon Selling Partner (seller) account, we access data through the Amazon Selling Partner API using only the non‑restricted roles you authorize: inventory and order tracking, pricing, selling‑partner insights, and product‑listing information. We use this data solely to display sales, traffic, inventory, pricing, and performance analytics and recommendations back to you (the account owner) and your authorized team, inside your own workspace.

We do not access, request, or store Amazon buyer personally identifiable information (no buyer names, addresses, emails, or order‑level customer records). We do not sell, share, or transfer Amazon information to any third party, and we do not use it for any purpose other than providing the Service to the account owner. Amazon authorization tokens are stored encrypted at rest. Access is revoked and the stored authorization is deleted immediately when you disconnect the integration, and all associated Amazon data is deleted when you close your workspace or on request.

4. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, and thereafter as required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You can request deletion as described below.

5. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encryption of stored integration tokens, hashed passwords, encrypted connections (HTTPS), per-tenant isolation, network controls, and access controls. Our full security posture is described in our Data Protection & Information Security Policy. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your Rights & Choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can export your workspace data from within the Service at any time, and a workspace owner can permanently delete their entire workspace and all of its data from Settings. You may also contact us to exercise these rights.

7. Cookies

We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to secure the Service. We do not use third‑party advertising cookies.

8. International Data Transfers

Our providers may process data in countries other than yours. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time and will notify you of material changes by email or in‑app.
